Enhancing Pacific Connectivity
 

The study entitled “Enhancing Pacific Connectivity” launched early 2008 by the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, was prepared by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) in collaboration with the United Nations Office of the High Representative for the Least Developed Countries, Landlocked Developing Countries and Small Island Developing States (UN-OHRLLS), and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) through the Special Unit for South South Cooperation.

As a follow-up to the conclusions of the study, UN-OHRLLS in collaboration with UNDP organized a special event on 5 November 2008 to present the report in New York and discuss follow-up activities with Small Island Developing States and their partners, private sector entities in particular.
